Technical Assistance to Develop Network Code on Gas Balancing of Transmission Networks for the National Agency of Energy Regulation of the Republic of Moldova (NARUC/USAID)

VIS has been commissioned by NARUC, under a USAID-funded project, to support Moldova’s National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) in drafting a network code on balancing for the gas transmission system. The project includes preparing rules and methodologies for balancing operations, delivering stakeholder training, and formulating an implementation roadmap aligned with EU best practices.
