Support to RAE for the development of a framework for appraising gas distribution development plans

VIS is engaged by the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE) to develop a framework for evaluating five-year network development plans submitted by gas distribution operators. The assignment includes creating a submission template, appraisal methodology for investment projects, and a process for monitoring implementation progress.
