Regulatory Technical Services for the Natural Gas Sector for the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) of the Republic of Armenia (NARUC/USAID)

VIS is supporting Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC), under a USAID-funded NARUC assignment, to improve gas market regulation. The scope of the work includes developing a methodology for calculating gas transmission system losses, designing reporting templates for market participants, and building a long-term forecasting tool for gas and electricity demand in collaboration with E3 Modelling.
