VIS participates in a consortium led by Grant Thornton, that has been awarded a contract by the EBRD to act as Financial Advisor and provide support to the Government of North Macedonia in launching an international tender for the selection of a strategic investor that will construct and operate the new gas distribution system in the country. VIS will have a lead role in commercial and regulatory issues, will contribute to tender design structuring and implementation, and participate in the competitive dialogue process and investor negotiations.
