Study on the EU experience and practices on natural gas supply to households

VIS, as a subcontractor of Tetra Tech, carried out this assignment under the USAID-funded “Ukraine Energy Security Program”, providing information on specific aspects related to the supply of natural gas to households in gas retail markets of a number of selected EU countries. The study examined key elements relating to the gas retail sector, including the liberalization process, supply contract signing, supplier switching, metering and billing.
