VIS supported the World Bank in the development and drafting of cybersecurity policies for Jordan’s electricity transmission sector, focusing on the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO). The assignment involved the preparation of a structured set of cybersecurity policy documents covering governance and risk management frameworks, identity and access management, asset and configuration management for IT and operational technology systems, network security and segmentation, incident detection and response procedures, data protection policies, and supply-chain security requirements, with the objective of strengthening cybersecurity governance and operational resilience across the transmission system.
