VIS was commissioned by a Greek engineering consulting firm to conduct a cost-benefit analysis (CBA) for several Green & Blue infrastructure investments in the city of Athens. The objective of the assignment was to assess the socioeconomic context of the targeted areas and quantify the potential benefits generated by the planned interventions.
VIS managed and coordinated the project team, designed and implemented an on-site survey to map the socioeconomic profiles of the impacted areas, and developed an impact assessment model that combined quantitative and qualitative data. The analysis provided a comprehensive evaluation of the expected socioeconomic gains from the Green & Blue investments.
