VIS and E3 Modelling have been awarded a contract by the IFC to assess the microeconomic and macroeconomic impacts of IFC’s investments in the electricity distribution systems of Moldova, Georgia, and Uganda. The study evaluated effects on utility performance, national GDP, employment, and GHG emissions using advanced economic modelling techniques.
