VIS has been engaged by NARUC, with funding from the U.S. Department of State, to support Vietnam’s Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERAV) in reviewing voltage control mechanisms on distribution networks with high solar PV penetration. The study assesses current practices and provides recommendations for a regulatory framework that supports the reliable integration of renewables.
