Technical Assistance to Analyze Thailand’s drafted Third-Party Access (TPA) Framework and Potential Provisions for a Pricing Mechanism and Congestion Management (NARUC/US DOS)

VIS is supporting the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) of Thailand in amending its draft Third-Party Access (TPA) framework, with the aim of establishing a fair and efficient open access regime that fosters competition in the electricity sector.. The project includes formulating proposals for revisions to the TPA rules and proposals for a pricing mechanism concerning electricity wheeling.
