Successful development and implementation of a long term NG demand forecasting tool for Georgia

VIS, in collaboration with E3 Modelling, completed the development of a long-term natural gas demand forecasting tool for the Georgian Energy Regulator GNERC. The forecasting tool was utilized by GNERC as part of the process for setting three-year gas distribution tariffs, and forms part of the regulator’s strategic planning and tariff-setting toolkit. The project was funded by USAID through NARUC.
