Study (2020/21) on the yearly monitoring of congestion at interconnection points of gas TSOs (ACER)

VIS supports ACER for the preparation of the 8th edition of the Gas Congestion Management Report (GCMR), in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 715/2009. The assignment includes data collection and validation on capacity auctions, the development of a congestion analysis tool, and inputs on congestion at gas interconnection points for the drafting of the GCMR.
