VIS is engaged by LDK Consultants, who are leading the implementation of an EU TA project for Serbia’s Energy Regulatory Agency (AERS), to develop a Guide to support AERS in evaluating oil pipeline development plans submitted by energy companies. The Guide will ensure transparent and consistent project evaluation in alignment with regulatory requirements and national energy planning priorities.
