Study on the identification of barriers preventing prosumers being active in energy markets across the EU – (ACER)

VIS, together with Grant Thornton, have been commissioned by ACER to analyze regulatory barriers towards an ever-increasing prosumerism landscape in the European Union. Analysis of current regulatory barriers to the proliferation of prosumerism is made and respective recommendations addressing those regulatory barriers are drafted.
