Study on the conditionalities stipulated in contracts for standard capacity products for firm capacity sold by gas Transmission System Operators (ACER)

The aim of the Study is to stocktake and analyse the offering and use of conditional firm capacity products and services, provided by EU TSOs at gas transmission interconnection points. The Study also analysed situations such as, but not limited to, transit pipelines within the EU that de facto may create conditionalities.
