Ioannis is an Energy Analyst, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Panteion University and a Master’s degree in Energy, Strategy, Law and Economics from the University of Piraeus.

Ioannis contributes to the firm’s analytical and policy work by combining research skills with a systems-level understanding of energy infrastructure and regulation. 

Since joining VIS, he has worked on projects related to congestion management procedures in the EU’s natural gas transmission system and the assessment of regulatory frameworks for EU energy grids. His work involves both quantitative and qualitative analysis, supporting the development of insights that inform infrastructure planning and policy decisions.
