International practice & benchmarking study covering the electricity & natural gas markets commissioned by the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE)

VIS was commissioned by the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE) to provide support in a multi-faceted assignment. The project includes the preparation of country reports for EastMed Gas Forum members (Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Palestine) on their natural gas regulatory frameworks. Additionally, the assignment involves a comparative analysis of WACC methodologies used in selected EU countries for regulated gas and electricity transmission and distribution networks. Finally, guidelines for regulatory evaluation of network development plans submitted to RAE, will be developed based on best EU practices.
