Development and Implementation of Cabo Verde’s Energy Information Management System

VIS, in collaboration with DRAXIS, was awarded a project by the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LuxDev), to develop an Energy Information Management System (EIMS) for Cabo Verde. The EIMS aims to support data-driven policy formulation, enhance inter-agency coordination, and improve decision-making across the national energy sector. The EIMS is a central component of the country’s sustainable energy strategy.
