VIS is participating in a EU-funded technical assistance project in Egypt, led by DAI, to conduct cost-benefit analyses of energy efficiency upgrades in oil and gas infrastructure, such as refineries and gas processing plants, with the use of a tailored model that will quantify economic, social, and environmental impacts under different investment scenarios.
