VIS Economic & Energy Consultants was established in March 2015 by four senior specialists in the field of energy and infrastructure consulting, who worked together for many years and have a long track record and extensive worldwide experience in their field. VIS is based in Athens, Greece, and its current operations span Europe, FSU, MENA, Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Our experts have also hands-on experience in project management of IFI funded multi-million international technical assistance projects, involving large teams of experts across several countries.
