VIS is supporting the World Bank in the development of cybersecurity policies for Jordan’s electricity transmission sector, focusing on the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO), the owner and operator of the country’s transmission network. The assignment covers the development of policy options and frameworks for cybersecurity governance and risk management, identity and access management, asset and configuration management, network security and segmentation, incident detection and response, data protection, and supply-chain security, with the objective of strengthening cybersecurity preparedness and resilience across the transmission system.
