Study for ACER on cost-benefit analysis for hydrogen networks

VIS successfully completed a study for the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER), concerning a CBA methodology for hydrogen infrastructure in the EU that is consistent with CBA methodologies used for other types of energy infrastructure projects.
