Elena is an Senior Energy Analyst with an MSc in Law and Economics of Energy Markets and a BSc in International, European & Area Studies, specializing in International Economics and the Environment.

She specializes in data-driven policy analysis, regulatory mapping, energy markets research, organization of stakeholder engagement, and development of strategic reports aligned with EU and international energy objectives.

Elena has contributed to VIS projects involving Power Market Reform in EU countries, the development of policy frameworks for cybersecurity in the energy sector, and the analysis of gas market regulatory structures. She has also provided technical and regulatory support for clients’ grant applications under the Connecting Europe Facility.
