Mini-Grid Tariff Setting for the Electricity Regulatory Authority of the Democratic Republic of the Congo

VIS was commissioned by NARUC to provide assistance to DRC’s energy regulatory authority (ARE), to develop tailored templates for data collection from mini grid developers and a tariff tool/model for ARE to calculate the end consumer tariff for mini grid projects. The project includes several training workshops to ARE staff on the templates and tariff calculation tool.
