Regulatory and market due diligence for a gas distribution company

VIS provided support to one of the shortlisted investors participating in a tender for the sale of a gas distribution company. The activities performed by VIS entailed an analysis of the Greek regulatory framework and gas market (including access rules and tariff methodologies for gas transmission and distribution), an assessment of the gas distribution development plans, and the provision of an overview of growth prospects of gas distribution in Greece.
