Formulation of Pricing Policy and Development of Processes for Electricity and Gas Household Tariffs, for a large Electricity Supplier in Greece

VIS supported the electricity supplier in formulating its Pricing Policy, in line with its goals and international best practices. We reviewed all internal processes and procedures related to the development of household retail tariffs in electricity and gas, formulated proposals for their streamlining and improvement, and produced a documented set of revised processes.
